Customers have 14 working days (Monday-Saturday) from date of receipt of item(s) to enquire about their item(s) or register a request to return the item(s).
Return requests must be via email. 
Items need to be returned to us as received, with seals unbroken (where applicable) and in its original packaging.
We will provide you with a returns label to send back any damaged candles or item(s) unusable.
We are not liable for any damages or loss incurred by returning the item(s) to us.
Once the item(s) has been returned and received by us, you will then receive the refund. 
We do not refund for any item(s) until they have been returned to us.
We process any claims within 14 working days of receipt or shipment arrival. Any claims made after this will not be valid. 
Please note: Sale items will not be refunded unless faulty.


We accept no liability for how the courier chooses to handle your parcel or for any delay in the delivery of products/orders for any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control. Such as: delays in transit, courier staff shortages, weather and high volumes of parcels in depot. 
Once your parcel has been scanned for collection, it is out of our hands how the courier company chooses to handle/deliver your parcel. We are not partners or work with the courier company and we do not deliver personally ourselves.
Any issues with delivery, we will try out best to work with the courier company to investigate any matters but once the courier company has the final say, we cannot take any further action unless the parcel is marked as "lost in transit" then a full refund will be provided.
